These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ring on Demand website and services. By accessing the site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services.

2. Services

Ring on Demand operates a performance marketing network that delivers exclusive pay-per-call, pay-per-lead, and pay-per-appointment inventory to contracted buyers. Specific deliverables, volumes, pricing, payment terms, replacement standards, and exclusivity windows are governed by your signed Insertion Order ("IO") or Publisher Agreement.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or misleading use of the services or content on this site.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the operation of the site.
• No transmission of malware, automated traffic, or attempts to defeat fraud controls.

4. Buyer obligations

• Use delivered calls, leads, and appointments only for the purpose described in your IO.
• Honor consumer Do Not Call and opt-out requests promptly.
• Maintain all licenses required to sell the products you market to delivered consumers.

5. Publisher obligations

• Generate traffic only through approved channels, creatives, and disclosures.
• Capture and store TCPA-compliant consent for every lead and call.
• Comply with our TCPA Compliance Policy and applicable platform rules.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cadence, and net terms are set in your IO or Publisher Agreement. Past-due amounts may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

The site, including all content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Ring on Demand or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to access the site for evaluating our services.

8. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Performance metrics shown on the site are illustrative and not a guarantee of future results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ring on Demand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of the services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Ring on Demand in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ring on Demand and its affiliates from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at any time for breach, suspected fraud, or as set out in your IO. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
