TCPA Compliance Policy

Ring on Demand operates a TCPA-conscious network. This policy describes the standards we follow when generating leads and calls, and the obligations our publishers and buyers agree to when contracting with us. This policy is informational and is not legal advice; consult qualified counsel for advice on your specific situation.

One-to-one consent

For every lead generated through our network, we capture express written consent that is one-to-one with the buyer who will receive the lead or call. We do not sell records collected under a generic "marketing partners" consent.

Consent record

For each record we deliver, we maintain:

• The full consent language presented to the consumer.
• The URL where consent was captured (or the IVR script for inbound calls).
• The consumer's IP address, timestamp, and user agent.
• The named buyer to whom consent was granted.

Consent records are available to the buyer on request for the period required by applicable law.

Approved traffic sources

• Owned-and-operated paid media (paid search, paid social, native, display, CTV).
• Vetted publishers running pre-approved creative, landing pages, and consent language.
• Inbound search and direct-response television with documented call routing.

Prohibited practices

• Co-registration, incentivized leads, or generic "marketing partners" consent flows for one-to-one channels.
• Outbound calling or SMS to consumers without valid consent and without checking the federal and applicable state Do Not Call lists.
• Use of autodialed or pre-recorded calls to wireless numbers without express written consent.
• Misleading creative, fake urgency, or impersonation of government or carrier entities.
• Calls or SMS to consumers who have opted out of contact.

Buyer obligations

• Contact delivered consumers only about the product or service to which they consented.
• Honor opt-out and Do Not Call requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
• Maintain an internal Do Not Call list and train calling staff on its use.
• Maintain all licenses required to market the products discussed with delivered consumers.

Publisher obligations

• Use only approved creative, landing pages, and consent language.
• Capture and transmit the full consent record described above with each lead.
• Comply with platform policies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and all applicable laws.

Do Not Call requests

Consumers who wish to be added to our internal Do Not Call list may email dnc@ringondemand.com with the phone number to be suppressed. Requests are processed within 10 business days.

Reporting a compliance concern

Suspected violations of this policy may be reported to compliance@ringondemand.com. We investigate and take corrective action, which may include suspension or termination of the responsible publisher or buyer.
